polished aluminum or black powder painted steel with provision for
the mounting of driving lights and for a low mount winch installation.

these are made of large diameter polished alluminium tube . For
a selected range of passenger vehicles the T16 grille guard is also
available with chrome-steel tube with welded on light tabs. Most
T16 grille guards include driving light mounting points.

Air Bags are becoming a common safety feature on many vehicles today.
These inflatable devices are mounted in the steering wheel or dash board
and are activated by sensors located at various points in the vehicle.
The sensors are programmed to trigger the air bag when the vehicle is
involved in a major frontal collision. According to the manufacturers,
accidents involving animal strikes, (including kangaroos), are generally
not severe enough to activate the air bags, nor are they intended to deploy
in accidents such a roll overs, rear impact or side impact for all but
a few luxury vehicles.
With numerous static destruction tests and hundreds of dynamic impact
tests completed on TJM bars for air bag equipped vehicles, TJM's data
base on bull bars and air bags is extensive to say the least. TJM have
been involved with many vehicle crash tests with bull bars installed that
validate TJM's design and testing methods.
